The bellows/boot on my 1998 Alpha one is ripped. Is there an easy way to
replace it? Are special tools required? I have rebuilt cars, jetski's and snowmobile but have never touched an outdrive. |

Pay close attention to how the shift cable is routed. It's important. The only special tool you will need is an extra deep socket, or drill out the end of a 3/8 drive extension so the cable guide will fit into it. You will understand what I am talking about when you pull the cable core out. -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |
