Waves are always coming over the transom. Interesting. I've owned three recent vintage outboard boats, all smaller than the Parker, and with 20" instead of 25" transoms. I used them mostly in the Atlantic Ocean off the Florida coast and I recall one time when I got a little wave action in over the transom. Of course, I always made an effort to keep waves from breaking against the stern. I doubt it will be an issue on the new ride.
