My Seabago's are finally wearing through the bottoms. Has anyone tried
these? http://tinyurl.com/2sdkcf They appear decent, but I don't know if
they could be rigged for slipon/slipoff.

That looks like it laces up too high to be a slip-on, although teenagers all
over America do it with any show they happen to own. Why not Sperry mocs,
and be done with it?

Why would you care about boat shoes at this point? I'd suggest a good pair
of golf shoes...or motorcycle boots.

Or hush puppies.

Doesn't seem to have the cleats one needs to avoid slipping and falling
on the golf course, though.

Maybe he's hoping for a ride on Reggie Retardo's boat.

I have always purchased Rockport boat shoes for the arch support. I get
one good season out of them as a boat shoe, with great grip and support,
and they they become my knockabout shoes for another year, then move to
my **** shoes for year work for the last year.

I've never found a pair of Sperry shoes that didn't hurt the balls of my
feet after a few minutes of standing. I'll never again buy Sperry.

I may go back to the Seabago though. Those were some great shoes.

How's your mom, Don?

Have you got all the packing for your trip done?

Can't find the size I need in a style I like with the Rockport. Might go
with these. http://tinyurl.com/3dzyqt

Default Boat Shoes

I've always worn Allen-Edmonds shoes. They now make boat shoes. The
'Eastpost' pair I've had this season have been tremendously comfortable.
And more resistant to discoloring from moisture than several past pairs of
Sebago junk.

They're not inexpensive but worth it, both in comfort and service.
