Default Trailer Brake Resolution

Surge activated trailer brakes were slamming on/locking up. MarineMax
replaced master cylinder and damper/shock absorber. Problem persisted.
Returned boat to MarineMax in Santa Rosa, California and they jumped right
on the problem at my convenience. No extra charges to get the job done
right and great attitudes all around.

They initially adjusted the brakes to factory specs. Still slamming!
Factory instructions were to loosen brakes if specs didn't work, but
instructions in the wheel were to tighten the brakes. Tightening the brakes
was the solution.
