Hello,
I need to install a new lower on my Merc Alpha I Gen II. I've never worked on an outdrive before and I'm wondering if I should pay someone to do it. From the pictures I've seen, it looks pretty straight forward, but I don't want to ruin the whole drive! Does anyone have any advice if I should do it myself or not? Any good resources on installation? Thanks, Todd |

I'va had mine apart a dozen times with no ill effects. |
