Oh, the fact it's an actual bimini, as opposed to a T-top. OK. I swear, that guy looks EXACTLY like a GI Joe I had when I was a kid. It's really nice, and provides protection without having to have the annoyance of a tee-top. http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...renclosure.jpg Uh, it's a bimini with full front and side curtains. That means it is a bimini that extends one's fishing season in cooler weather AND keeps one out of the rain when that is important. I've seen plenty of tee-tops with front and side curtains, but no biminis on center consoles rigged up that way. That's what's cool about it. Lots of us who have had tee-tops and biminis on open boats prefer biminis. I've had tee-tops on two center console boats and find them next to useless for providing shade from the sun. I have no idea who the camo dude is, and I have no idea if there are "guns on board." Why would either concern you? I had the same thought as you, what is so cool about it? It is a creative use for a fully enclosed bimini, but a fully enclosed bimini none the less. I guess I haven't seen one used this way before. |
