We have an oak bucket with the SS insert and the churner with four speeds depending on how much air you want in the ice cream. I get the cream from a local farmer. We can make a gallon at a time. Ain't nothing like home made ice cream. With fresh cream - straight from the cow - well, not straight, but you get my point. Yum, sounds great. You'll have to teach me how to do it. We just bought a milk shake maker, the old fashion bullet looking kind, have not dialed it in yet, might just need better ice cream ![]() |
