Default puzzling prop electrolysis or corrosion...

l sounds like you've got a problem with AC current leakage. It could
be comming from your boat, or a boat near yours. Have you got an
isolator installed on the boat? Their are ways to confirm if this is
the problem, but I don't remenber how it's done.
