Boat cover question

Is this a bad thing to have the bow and cockpit covers on in addition
to the "full" cover? Will this impede ventilation and cause mildew?
Any advice is appreciated.

If the cover "breathes" it should minimize mildew. If it is plastic, it
will be a breeding ground for mildew.
