Default Boat cover question

wrote:
I have a bowrider (searay 185 sport) with the bow and cockpit covers.
This still allows pollen, dirt, and rain to get in and on the top
surface of the boat. I bought a full cover to cover the entire boat.
Is this a bad thing to have the bow and cockpit covers on in addition
to the "full" cover? Will this impede ventilation and cause mildew?
Any advice is appreciated.

If the cover "breathes" it should minimize mildew. If it is plastic, it
will be a breeding ground for mildew.
