Not at all. But once I've been called "stupid" for failing to realize
that boats with twin engines normally use engines that are about half
the horsepower of the same boat with a single, I am eager to expand my
boating knowledge and be less "stupid". Don't "move the goalposts" on
me now, Charlie. This isn't a personal issue, it's a technical
question. Please put up at least some evidence.
Must be some offbeat boat builder someplace who routinely does what
you claim is common.

See if you can discuss this technical issue. Calling me "insecure" is,
as you say,
"moving the goalposts" from the question at hand into the realm of
personal remarks.
