A vehicle burning E85 gets 2/3 the mileage of the same vehicle burning gas. Go here and look up e.g. 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee (there are others, same story) which shows both ... http://www.fueleconomy.gov/ Now that's not something you see on those E85 billboards ... E85 will have to be 70% or less of the going price of gas at the pump to get anyone interested in buying it en masse. Rob |

Seems it may be worse for our health and the environment than gas. And! You heard it here first, folks. Global warming is over. Another cycle of global cooling is setting in. Just watch the reports over the next few months. Eisboch |

All the polution thrown up into the atmosphere by gas guzzling oversized SUVs plus those coal fired electric plants has to be reflecting sunlight back into space. |

I'll tell you what - if the price of my Corn Flakes goes up because of
ethanol, there is going to be war. LOL! The price of cornflakes is already about 500% more than what it costs to produce. One of the biggest moneymakers of any company. I buy 'em too. ;-( --Mike "Short Wave Sportfishing" wrote in message ...
