It shouldn't if the broker is honest. Once a purchase and sales agreement is signed, it's a binding contract. There was a story posted here a while back about a guy who bought a boat from a broker, signed the P&S, then the broker sold it to a higher offeree. Don't know what the outcome was. Eisboch |
