Default ShortWave would be proud.

While waiting for an inspection sticker this morning at the Ford dealership
I picked up an old copy of "Power Boating" in the customer waiting area. It
was the December, 2006 edition.

One of the news stories was about a new world's record for the maximum
number of water-skiers successfully towed behind a single towboat. They
managed to pull a total of 48 people (over 5 tons) off a dock and up on skis
(24 on the skis with another 24 riding on their shoulders).

Boat was powered by three, (3) 225hp Evinrude E-Tecs.

It only lasted for 10 seconds, but that's all the time required for the
record.

Also took them 9 tries.
