As of 2005hrs ADT cool but the drizzle is clearing up a bit. http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/station_page.php?station=44258 We're supposed to have a nice sunny day tomorrow, but back to the rain for 3 days starting tomorrow night. We don't get much of a spring around here. |

JimH, They update the weather every 15 min. on accuweather. Thanks but I knew that. I would prefer to read personal accounts vs. Accuweather, a source not entirely accurate. I also do not rely on NOAA weather/sea condition reports and forecasts. That really is a pretty good point. Locally, sea conditions are typically worse than reported. I can't give you are really good answer other than NOAA, however. The trip was cancelled due to predicted conditions 45 miles offshore..... where they intended to be, right now. I can pretty much guarantee that you wouldn't want to be out there right now... *I* sure wouldn't...... -- Grady-White Gulfstream, out of Oak Island, NC. Homepage http://pamandgene.idleplay.net/ Rec.boats at Lee Yeaton's Bayguide http://www.thebayguide.com/rec.boats Yep..........personal observations are *always* more accurate than NOAA or any other sea condition reporting agency. |

Sure hope the passengers pack their 'long underwear'! http://www.portofhalifax.ca/english/...html#april2007 Looks like the Queen Mary 2 will drop in twice... once early Sept and then early October. I'll have to sail out to greet her this year. |
