Default Saynt Partickth dee limerick and corn beef/cabbage

Firin up the crock pot this mornin, b'gorrah, for the annual corn beef
and cabbage brew ha. Yes, it's a day early but we're taking the boat
out for a short jaunt this weekend and we'll have leftovers.

My corn beef and cabbage recipe involves steeping the meat all day in
Irish beer. It's a 9-beer recipe, three for the crock pot and six for
the chef. Since they sell the Irish beer in six packs, it just might
wind up 3 for the crock pot and nine for the chef- waste not, want
not. After 9 beers you start to see little green men. Ta-da!
Leprechauns!

And what would St Paddy's day be without a nautical Limerick?

There once was a lad from Nantucket
Who put out to sea in a bucket
Bail as he might,
He sank out of sight,
And resigned to his fate he said,
"Oh,.............. goodness sakes alive"
