Default LifeTag system

There's a realtively new item available that might prove useful as a
safety feature.

It's an audio alarm that sounds when anybody wearing one of the
wireless transmitter pendants falls overboard.

The system is built by Rarmarine, and might be of interest to anyone
wanting the earliest possible notification that a family member or
guest has slipped overboard unnoticed.

I will refrain from going into additional details on this product to
avoid offending the "SPAM" sensitive in the group, but if it seems as
though it might be of interest to somebody that person will now be
aware that there's additionial information out there.
