H/P Fuel Filter Evinrude 4 Stroke

I have a 2001 Evinrude (Suzuki) 4 stroke 70hp. I noticed there are two
fuel filters, one is cheap, the other is $50-H/P Fuel Filter. Do I
need to change both at season startup? Does anybody have any
experience or advise on this?
