Tim, you can spend thousands for a deep sea rig, or hundreds - maybe
less than a hundred if you look hard. No different than buying a car.
A Chevy will get you to the same place as a Rolls with the biggest
difference being bragging rights.
Just mentioned that because nobody else has.
Hell, there's people fishing with twine and safety pins.
Not suggesting that works for tuna, but you get the drift.
Getting out there is the real expense, not the expensive reel.
