Default The Voting Process in Maryland

And yet, since polling judge duty is voluntary, you don't volunteer.
Preferring instead to just whinge about it online. Gee, that helps.

We have those damned electronic voting machines in Maryland, the ones
that do not provide any printed record of your vote.

I asked the polling "referee" why I should trust these machines to
produce an honest count, and she said, "Well, I feel secure about them."

To which I responded, "What are your credentials? Who are you? Why
should I trust you?" She really had no answers that were satisfactory.
