Hey all ,
Looking for advice on running a mercruiser in shallow water wthout damaging prop. Live on a large lake but the shoreline is very shallow. thinking about one of those trolling motors that mount directly on the cavitation plate of the outdrive. Any advice? |

If you are just looking to get away from the shore just idle out with
your outdrive tilted up. Do not run at above an idle as that is bad for the u-joints. crystalguy wrote: Hey all , Looking for advice on running a mercruiser in shallow water wthout damaging prop.
