In fact, they would prefer that I cross the street at the corner and walk down the other side of the block rather than in front of their store. Ever since I gave up the suit-and-tie-required management gigs years ago, I get to dress like I want to. My wife keeps threatening to sign me up for "What Not to Wear, Extreme Edition". As long as a person's clothes provide at least the legally required miniscule of modesty and that person isn't deliberately dressing to **** somebody off, I say go for it. Anybody inclined to take me up on my standing offer of a Seattle area boatride for out of state NG'ers on vacation here can darn well wear whatever they want- as long as the shoes don't screw up the hull or the deck. :-) |
