I knew I'd stump you if I showed you something without an ignition key.

...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 8 AM
EDT SATURDAY...

WIDESPREAD FROST IS EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT ALONG COASTAL SECTIONS OF
SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND.

MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WIND WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO FALL TO
THE LOW AND MID 30S WITH FROST DEVELOPING. READINGS SHOULD FALL TO
BETWEEN 32 AND 36 DEGREES BETWEEN 2 AM AND 7 AM.Eisboch

I can buy house, car and boat insurance at reasonable rates.

I can enter the water without fear of being eaten, attacked or stung.

I can enjoy the change of seasons.

I can snow ski in January and water ski in June.

I can leave my house in July without sweating my arse off.

I can purchase a house at a reasonable rate.

Florida? Not for me. ;-)
