Assume that any of those things you imply somebody else has done can be
verified with evidence and demonstrated to be true. How has that
behavior shaped your opinion of the person or persons involved? Why

can be done without taking the same general damage to your own
reputation and public image?

There is no excuse for launching threads into the NG that are designed
solely to attack another poster here. No excuse for *anybody* to do
that. (My comments are directed to you in this case because you
launched this thread. Below, you confirm that your purpose in doing so
was to tweak another poster).

This thread didn't attack anybody, I simply offered a website that
would help those that need it.

Why do I give a Schlitz? Because when the flames of the crap fire get
fanned enough these grammar school bouts of "nonny, nonny, poo, poo"
begin spilling over into the boating related threads here. You or some
adversary will make a comment in the on-topic threads, the other party
will wade in with a personal remark, and then the entire thread goes
straight to hell as a couple of kids spend an entire workday on the
computer exchanging insults, etc etc etc.

I STILL find it amazing that you and others pig pile on ME, and have
never, ever said a single word about JimH's lies, petty insults, etc.

Why do you object to being called "Kevin"? I am frequently called much
worse (and recently as well) and somehow life goes on. Name calling
always reflects worse upon the caller of names than the intended victim
so its no big deal. The day you stop rising to the bait is the day your
antagonists will stop using it as often.

I don't find it highly offensive, but what you, and I guess most fail
to understand is that JimH uses it as a way to be a little prick
without being obvious. It's part of being bipolar. He can dish it out,
but he sure as hell can't take it.
