Default starting problems (or worse)

I have a johnson 25hp manual start 2 stroke outboard that won't start.
Also fuel (blackish in color) comes out from behind the propeller and
from one of the holes in the leg when I use the pull cord. I'm using
new fuel 50:1 mixture.

Have I flooded it or worse? Has it something to do with the fact that I
ran it (for only 10 seconds) before I left without water running
through it? (Dummy)

I'd say you've gotten it flooded. The black is probably carbon. I'd
pull the spark plugs, and see if they are fouled. pull it over a few
times. then re install the plugs and start over.
