Dan High tide on Thursday in B'ham Bay was 7.7 feet at 0415. At 0515 the tide was still 7.4 feet, and by 1000 it was down to -0.2 en route to -1.0 at 1123. There was probably 6 feet, and maybe as much as 8 feet additional depth at the time of the grounding compared with the water level visible in the photo taken well after sunrise. |
