Default boat hunting later this year

Teh wife and I had a blast ont he lake Labor Day. and really enjoyed
the time. Long and drawn out. plenty of cooking. I got her on (as Clams
says) "The Tube of Resolve" .. bounced her around pretty good too!

She had fun and was loaded up on Tylanol before she got into the water

Anyhow, we got to talking about our present boating situation, and
seeing we're both 50 we decided we're getting a bit old for the typical
boating frolic. And even though we like our little 4 cyl. CCraft
Scporpion 169, it's getting a bit cramped.

So, I decided that this winter when you start to see prices of boats
drop because the season is out, I'm either going to look for a 21-23
footer preferably a non-cuddy, either that or I'm going to take up the
notion of a 26-28 ft. pontoon. Wife and I both agree that we need some
sun shade. She would just as soon enjoy the day on the water by
reading a book (?) under a decent bimini or, if a pontoon canopy or
solid top.

And a pontoon would be eiser to entertain guests, especuially as our
extended family grows.

River cruised will probably be more fun as well.

Keep the little Chris? probably, or If my oldest nephew wants it (
acttually, he loves it!) make him a great deal on it.

Anyhow, in a couple months I'm gonna start looking.
