Default moisture in the stringers. Wellcraft coastal model.

Blank1989 Wellcraft coastal, 28 ft. 974 hrs. Recent survey revealed moisture in the stringers which are glassed over and some soft wood. Boat seems sound and dry. Any danger here- should repair be done now and if so, what ? Thanks Bill Fletcher
