Same as the shells that some row early in the morning on SF Bay. Last year,
almost ran over one. Light fog, and the guy is in a while shell, wearing
white shirt and shorts. Death Wish?

One of my personally favorite funny moments on Lake Union in Seattle- I
watched one of the motorized "coaching" boats tear off across the lake
to yell (through a battery operated bullhorn) at some poor slob making
a wake that they thought was higher than their rowers should have to
deal with. Funny this was, at "pursuit speed" the coaching boat was
making a lot bigger wake than the supposed offender. :-)
