I used to do some stuff with B&W, but seeing I don't ahve any dark room
experience, I never could get the results the way I wanted, so I ditched that idea. I also had some success with Tungsten, it's a crazy film. I might try some of that too, if I can find it... I've used 100 150 200 400, but I really enjoyed working with 1000 and 1500 speed 35mm. people asked me "what do you want to use that film for. it's too grainey and the color is bleak?" I like to stop stuff. Att he time, like helicoptor rotors, slow down airplane props etc. And doing low light things. When overseas about all that was readily available was Fuji, which was fine, and 20 yrs ago kodak here yuou could get Kodak and Fuji, , but I can't seem to find any anywhere now. What happened. did it really become obsolete because 400 is in the plastic throw-away's and everybody has gone digital? I oculd go back to using 400, but I'm kind of used to 1000+ Where can I find the stuff? Thanks! Tim Kodak Royal Gold 1000 Fuji also makes it. Where to buy? Not a clue. Eisboch |
