After I was told by the cart rental place that I was responsible I drove
around the Island for a full hour looking for these guys. They had removed
the rental company stickers and the fold down windshield from the cart.
They are being charged in juvenile court by the police. I was able to flag
down a cop after I caught them (I made a police report earlier). I made a
request to the prosecutor for restitution for my time, gas use and SUV use
when trying to find them as well as loss of cart use. After all, they
screwed up a full morning of my vacation time.

These are juveniles charged in Juvenile Court. I would be surprised if
the Judge does not order the parents to pay the restitution for our
damages. We did not ask for a large amount, only enough for the
parents to extract from the kids behinds for the rest of the summer so
the kids feel some pain. ;-)
