Hoover Dam Tour

Also rent an OHRV and see the desert the "hard" way.

Looks like I have to spend about a week in Lost Wages in September or
October. I'll have some free time, unlike every other time I've been to
that marvelous town. I want to enjoy some of the natural surroundings
outside of the city, not near the casinos, and away from the buffets.

Nature, that's what I want. Suggestions for day trips not too far from
the city that present sights and activities worth seeing and doing?

Thanks!

I'd vote for Hoover Dam also but the airplane or helicopter ride over
the Grand Canyon is a first class photo opportunity.

If that's too tame, there's always the donkey ride down from the rim.
Please post the pictures... :-)

Oh.... and all kidding aside... Go into "Slots-A-Fun" next to Circus Circus
and try the $1 a hand single deck blackjack if it's still there. It's a
good test of your memory and card skills. You won't win or lose a lot of
money, but it's actually kinda fun.

Donkeeeeee!

That sounds like fun. We'll see how much time off I get.
I hate these kinds of trips.

If you can get a seat..

I miss the "HO".

The Stardust has a date with the wrecking ball at the end of the
year too.

db~Hoping the "Riv" doesn't meet the same demise.
