ten feet long. 28 inches wide. you do hear more noise with hatch open.
I'm surprised how many people use these. Fits in my apartment and is great for practicing racing. 10 ft long.
has no bulkhead so its limited in its use. I'm practicing in a bay where water doesnt get deeper than 3 ft when you are .5 km off the beach. wrote: novice wrote: http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/3366/00009069xl.jpg http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/865/00009032yh.jpg What is that, 8 feet or so? I figured you would have one of those tiny ww boats. In the context of whitewater boats, 8' is very long. If you look at the first photo it the label on the hull reads "Pursuit 10" so it's likely 10' long. In any case, this is rec.boats.paddle, not rec.boats.paddle.only.boats.longer.than.16feet.all owed Huh? |

You know, if you build yourself a Mouseboat
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mouseboats) 8'x32" you might be able to close the hatch. Since a Mouseboat is 8' it can usually be stored "on end" in almost any room. The other great thing is that you can build them with sealed air boxes so they don't sink if you capsize and you re-enter like a sit-on-top.
