Can anyone offer an idea of what the fuel flow rates would be on a 35
Carver, with twin 310 hp?

You can hope for 45 gallons per hour. You can use 60.

I've got a 53' Carver with twin diesel Cummins 425. Actually, I'm looking to
install some flow meters. However, just for a gross measure I've just
finished a 110 mile run taking 10 hours (mixture of running speeds) and I
burnt approximately 200 gallons on each side == you are looking at 20gph on
each side for a total of 40.

Hopefully you can do better with a lighter boat and smaller engines.
