I am more cautious with various chemicals than I am with steel wool which
I've used many times on chrome.
I am not talking about rough stuff. I am talking about 0000 or 00000 grade.
It doesn't scratch chrome and if you rinse the area off well, it leaves no
particles to rust on the surface.
