So they will *all* fill a tire in about the same time, since they will all maintain the same delivery pressure (that is, cycle on and off to keep up with the air being drained), within the hysteresis of the tank pressure, and assuming there is a storage tank. A smaller compressor is only slower than a larger one if the smaller falls behind the volume demand. From the point of view of the tire, all you see is the pressure, not the CFM capacity.
