I'm committed to a bow-attached paddle leash on my WaveWitch surf kayak because
it's used around swimmers and having that 30-lb log washing through the bathing zone is a no-no. Bow-mounted bc I want it to weathervane into the whitewater and not rip out the attachment point. Seems like there are two options for routing the leash: --------------------------------------------------- - Down the center, between the knees. - Off to one side or the other. --------------------------------------------------- I can think of pros and cons for each. Is one more commonly-accepted method than the other? -- PeteCresswell |
