I'd like to see some evidence that the EPA actually "recommends" any
degreasers or cleaning solutions.

Maybe I'm some kind of pervert (actually, I'm sure of it), but I like
running a soapy sponge over the sensual curves of a boat. I don't think
hiring someone with a power washer would give me quite the same thrill.
