-- Reggie "okdlm" wrote in message lkaboutboats.com... Hey, I have an idea. How about using the proper forum to talk about cameras and use this form, "talkaboutboats.com", emphasis on BOATS, for talking about boats!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

![]() -- Reggie I am glad she doesn't read this NG. I purchased a 2 GB card, and have showed her how to delete the card as soon as she downloads it into the computer. I make a back up on a disk, and save a copy online. So she gets one 2GB and that is it. I purchased Photoshop because everyone told me that is the software I needed. I saw where I could try out PaintShop for free and then for $90 upgrade the software. I found I prefer Paintshop for most pictures. I am sure as she starts to play around with the artsy fartsy kind of pics, she will want to use Photoshop, but damn for 1/5 the money, Corel Paintshop is one hell of a program. Sorry, Richard, but you are not a *******. Now if she reads this, you just might be. " She will also need about $500 bucks worth of memory cards for starters. Women don't like to delete anything.
