Default motor ran for 1/2 second out of water

It is an aluminum prop. I will just get a new one.

Consider replacing it with a stainless steel prop. A stainless steel prop
would have likely survived your impact with little or no damage. If you
often boat in shallow water, it's the only way to go. It will save you much
grief and prop repair expenses. Get the aluminum prop professionally
repaired and it will serve you well as a lightweight, easy-to-stow, spare.

Based on your account, I feel you have nothing to worry about as to the
impeller issue. The gearcase seal issue is a bit more complicated.
Probably best to ask your dealer how best to handle that, assuming you have
a good feeling about the dealer's service department.
