Then you have fields discovered like the recent one off the Mexican coast which, as I understand it, is huge - like Middle East huge. I also read something about older fields regenerating which surprised almost everybody. At this point, I don't think anybody truly knows what is or isn't true about oil. The hell with the supply. There's a better reason not to burn more of it than is necessary: Air quality. And, I'm not talking about global warming - just air quality. Of course, the neanderthal response is "Ug ug - issue no exist", even though it does. |
