Speed with SmokerCraft Voyager 16 and Honda15 4-stroke?

It will probably plane with 1 or 2 people aboard, unlikely with more
than that. On plane it should do something like 15 to 20 mph and burn
between 1 and 1 1/2 gallons per hour.
