This reminded me of something that my grandmother did - mainly, eat a
salted apple. It's actually pretty good tasting as I remember it.

Anybody remember grandparents doing that?

Grandparents? Hell, the only way to eat apples is with salt. Or peanut
butter (preferably crunchy), of course.

I heard it was good but never tried it. Have you ever had PB and bananas?
Delicious.

If I'm going to eat bacon on a sandwich, there had better be Miracle
Whip & tomatoes also. When I want to live it up, I add lettuce.

And a slice of cheese. Yum.

Miracle Whip = Much better than Mayo!

As a kid I grew up on Miracle Whip.........then my taste buds matured and I
found the real thing........Hellmans Mayo!

No need to add mustard, sugar or whatever. It is great on it's own.

Nothing like a chicken breast sandwich with a slice of tomato, a leaf of
lettuce, a slice of cheese and a glob of Hellmans! Yum.

Even better with MW. And add relish for sandwich spread.
