Well, if you were a boatless cripple with a seasick wife stuck living in
Kansas and you wanted above all to a salt-water boater, and if you had
had a serious dispute with the DoJ, you, too, might be as bitter as our
poor boy Snipper. And of course, he blames it all on the Jews. Or Jimmy
Carter.


Thank God for cable TV, Who knows what Skipper would be doing if he
couldn't pass the time sitting in his armchair dreaming he's part of
