was an offroading jeep that was driving where he should not have been
- and it was more of an intentional shot)


That's ridiculous. You should be prosecuted for assault with
a deadly weapon. You're also lucky the guy didn't shoot
you... perhaps the rest of the world's misfortune.

I've not only been shot at, I've been shot. I have also
taken guns away from people that were hunting illegally on
land owned by my family (and no, I didn't give them back.)
