Our honda 15 stalls at the lowest idle position. Has new plugs. Only 2
years old. Is there an adjustment ? Runs great at all the other
speeds.

I had the same engine and it ran great.
I think there is an throttle adjustment
screw take a look.

I have a 2000 15hp Honda that came from the factory running too rich at idle
and fouling plugs. The dealer removed the cover over the idle mixture
adjustment and re-set it. They use a soldering iron to soften the epoxy and
remove the cover. I also put in a hotter thermostat and hotter plugs and it
idles/trolls pretty good now. It's supposed to idle around 1100 rpm and it
smoothes out real nice a little bit above that.
