Now, when you went from poor to rich. please tell me (and
any other interested parties still following this thread,
which seems to be a greater number than I would have
believed) how you did so in the complete & total absense of
any banks, schools, roads, legal system, monetary system,
etc etc.

If you claim that rich people do it all themselves, and
therefor deserve everything, this should be a clear & easy
thing thing to explain.
