about 8 or ten minutes? " JimH" jimh_osudad@yahooDOTcom wrote in message news ![]() wrote in message oups.com... One of my employees just gave me about 8 lbs of grouper he caught yesterday. Anybody know how to grill it? Tons of recipes on the net: http://tinyurl.com/ahvlk Just season it, put it on a perforated tray over some hot coals or on your gas grill and turn it after about 4 or 5 minutes. When the fish is flakey it is done. |

Yes. But that assumes a hot fire and a 1" thick fillet. If the fillet is
2" thick, generally double the time. "Mike Hollywood" wrote in message . .. is that 4 or 5 minutes on each side? for a total of about 8 or ten minutes?
