How many hours on the pump? Any rebuilds or impeller service needed? thanks -rick- Yes, Kodiak. Original stainless impellers. I have touched up the edges a couple of times, and have replaced the cutlass bearings and seals a couple of times. I have about 1600 hours on the boat. Kodiak 3 stage. I did have the pump gone through when I swapped motors this year (actually last year) and he shimed the impellers, as he said that a lot of the Kodiaks had the wrong spacing to the stators. Phil Taylor of Jetstream Concepts in Yuba City, CA did the work. I have changed the thrust bearing twice. |
