I'd rather run this concentrated gum out fuel through the outboard (all
six gallons) to see if it clears or cleans up the problem before taking
it to the mechanic. Do the expert mechanics on this forum think it's

I am not an expert mechanic and I do not play one on TV, but.............why
not just mix 1/3 of the can of gumout with 6 gallons of gas?
